Born on 29th May 1992 in Deogarh, Odisha, India, His first and foremost interest of inclination in Music came directly from his home, Initially learnt music from his mother, who was the founder of his journey in Music. Since childhood L.Nitesh Kumar was influenced with Bhajans and Hindustani Classical music by listening them at home, due to which he indulged himself to a core training of music.

L.Nitesh started his career way back in his childhood in Bhajans and Kirtans. As a child he learned his singing tricks, twists from Anup Jalota. Hence he is called tape recorder disciple of Anup Jalota and L.Nitesh Kumar is also a senior Disciple of Anup Jalota. Sanskrit has always been an ancient language in India and its also known as the mother of all languages. To sing Bhajans and Devotional Chants L.Nitesh always knew the importance of Sanskrit, L.Nitesh`s soulful voice soaks the devotees in deep gratitude and depth towards its deity.

As music was already in blood, L.Nitesh Kumar use to listen to lots of famous singers, out of which Singer Mehdi Hasan, Jagjit Singh, Anup Jalota was one of his first favorites, then as the inclination for Ghazals grew he heard to Ghulam Ali, Mehdi Hasan, Jagjit Singh, Pankaj Udhas, Mohammad Rafi, Talat Mehmood. .
